My focus is to oversee the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the studio. Managing operational budgets, and executing strategic present and future growth plans. Maintaining studio engagement, vision, identity and culture.
Assist in driving progress and making improvements to the game throughout development. Take ownership of specific development areas to coordinate and track schedules, identify current and future risks, and troubleshoot communication and dependency roadblocks and bottlenecks.

As a Game Producer I drove the development, communication, scheduling, road mapping, and day-to-day tasks in facilitating project goals provided by our creative directors and business partners, while maintaining organization and accountability across multiple departments. My scope also includes anticipating and managing risks, providing solutions and alternatives in clearing project roadblocks and bottlenecks.
To Empower, motivate and support my team in every way, I partner with leads to make informed decisions on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and resource allocation to help define expectations and meet project goals. While fostering a healthy communication, culture, and constructive work environment.
As an Associate Producer, I assist the Game Producer & Creative Director in coordinating project requirements within the team. Facilitate communication, task follow up, and provide administrative support across the development team and other departments. Provide support in organizing materials, scheduling meetings, compile executive summaries and updates, produce product pitches, conduct daily scrums, assist in facilitating sprint planning, sprints, sprint reviews, and actively engage with team members to highlight any concerns.

As 3D Artist, I am responsible for producing and maintaining high quality 3D assets, 2D concept art & textures, HUD/UI elements, and in-engine implementation. Worked closely with the concept art and game design teams accordingly, to meet project specifications.
Responsible for managing a small team of freelancers, and worked to develop all 3D assets, UI elements, and animations in the application.

Responsible for producing 2D HUD/UI assets, graphic art, and 3D game ready assets according to client specifications for advertisement, mobile & PC game titles.
Involved from pre-production to production in producing over 5 in-game environments, props, texture maps, LODs etc. For the in-house original IP game Masquerade : The Baubles of Doom, for PC (Steam) & Consoles (Sony PlayStation 3 & Microsoft Xbox 360).
